eSCADA

Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition

The eSCADA is a Status Monitor and Remote Control System for industrial applications, managed with standard PCs using the intuitive and easy to use software.

eSCADA can be deployed anywhere it can be given an IP address. It can connect via LAN or wireless Internet connection. Optionally, eSCADA can also connect via a dial-up connection either as the primary or as a backup connection.

eSCADA can be interrogated at any time from any Internet connection to report status and to send control commands. eSCADA can report alarm conditions automatically via Internet, email, or dialup connections. The entire set of records is recorded in a database with utilities for archiving and analysis.

eSCADA has monitor and control functions built into its chassis (ON-BOARD MODULES), and has many optional sensors and controls that are connected via a wired bus (EXTERNAL MODULES).

ON-BOARD MODULES

Switch Control, eight terminal, configured for ON, OFF or CYCLE.

Condition Sensor, eight input, each configured for NORMALLY OPEN or NORMALLY CLOSED, and have the Alarm Condition optionally sound an internal buzzer.

Temperature Sensor, with adjustable HIGH and LOW trip points.

Addressable Power Strip (Optional), two outlet addressable power strip configured for ON, OFF or Power CYCLE. Also includes a Voltage sensor to monitor the AC input.

EXTERNAL MODULES

Voltage Sensor
ON-OFF Sensor, up to 7 sensors monitoring 2 voltages each.

Temperature
Sensor

Up to 7 devices, current temperature is shown, HIGH and
LOW temperature trip points are set for each independently.
Condition Sensor
Up to 8 devices each with 8 standard inputs and 1 auxiliary input. The standard inputs are configured for NORMALLY OPEN or NORMALLY CLOSED conditions. The auxiliary input is configured for NORMALLY OPEN or NORMALLY CLOSED but in addition has a programmable delay before the alarm is sent. All 9 inputs can be set to sound an internal buzzer or an optional external siren or alarm on an alarm condition.
Power Strip
Up to 7 devices each with 8 outlets configured for
ON, OFF or Power CYCLE.

Switch Control Up to 8 devices each with 8 switches configured for ON, OFF or CYCLE.
Voltage Meter

Up to 8 devices, each device has 1 high resolution input for measuring AC, (up to 600Vrms) or DC, (up to 1000VDC) voltage, and up to 8 more inputs capable of measuring DC voltages up to 40V.
